The lodge Liverpool No.1547 meets on the 2nd Friday of the following months –
October, November, December, January(Installation), February, March, April, & May.
In 1875 The Liverpool Lodge received a warrant from the United Grand Lodge of England.
The lodge was formed by members of the Everton Lodge.
A number of Past Masters of the lodge have involved themselves in Public Office in the City of Liverpool, including William Quilliam ( also known as Abdulla Quilliam) who founded the Muslim Institute.
Based in 22 Hope Street Liverpool, members of the lodge have always looked on the hall as their Masonic home and as such have always had an active involvement in the hall.
We meet on a Friday evening and have a wide age range in our membership. (92years to 32yrs) within the lodge we have members from a very wide variety of backgrounds.
Without exception all members meet on an extremely friendly basis.
As a lodge we include all members in the running and the planning of the future of the lodge.
Within the lodge we have a number of members who have not been through the Chair of the lodge, but who are in positions which will enable them to progress to that position.
A variety of social activities are offered to the members, their families and friends.
The Liverpool Lodge welcomes any Brother who wishes to visit.
We also welcome anyone who has an interest in joining Freemasonry and any Brother who may want to become a joining member.
